Adam
Known Since: About 1995 Resides In: Sacramento, CA As many friendships begin, this one did so as a "friend of a friend" thing. I was friends with Randy, Jim and Jeff. They were friends with Adam. I was friends with K.C. Then I moved away to Arizona. During that time, Adam then became friends with K.C. It's all very complicated. Regardless, we finally met during a trip to San Diego where we all met up one summer. And since my move to San Diego, that's pretty much how the friendship's gone...we see each other here, each summer. Adam and I click on a lot of levels. We're both very creative people, and both very passionate about such things. We like a lot of the same films and movies and books. And we can discuss them endlessly, regardless of whether we bore and annoy others around us (which we've done). Adam's a very funny guy, and also extremely intelligent (his brainpan will kick your brainpan's ass), a wellspring of knowledge on any number of topics. If you feel that need to have an hours-long conversation with someone about life, philosophy or Star Wars novels? Adam's your go-to guy. I know he's mine. Random Me and Adam Memory: Always going to remember (I don't have to remember...I still have it on video) you sitting there in that hotel room explaining the future of the Internet and how it was going to impact all our lives...and K.C. stating that the Internet was useless. You turned out to be right. K.C. turned out to be a web designer. Ironic, don't you think?.
